BTC Technical Update: Still No Plans for Swing Longs 📊 It’s been about half a month since my last BTC chart update (see quoted tweet below), so here’s a quick rundown on my current technical bias for BTC. As mentioned in yesterday’s update (x.com/market_beggar/status/196...…), maybe it’s the three-day US stock market break, but even with price sitting right at the STH-RP level, BTC just refuses to make a move. Technically, BTC has printed a small stop-hunt structure on the lower timeframes. Normally, that could be enough to spark a local trend reversal and a bounce. But as marked in red on the chart, the low from this stop-hunt lines up almost exactly with the previous low on 07/05. OG followers know—these “equal highs/equal lows” are classic liquidity pools that tend to pull price in. Bottom line: even though there’s a chance for a short-term bounce, the presence of these liquidity pools means I have zero plans to swing long here. Also, someone asked yesterday: “Any key support levels to watch next?” Here’s my consolidated answer: 1️⃣ Macro bias is bearish. Waiting for a clear signal at STH-RP, should get clarity this week. 2️⃣ As I said yesterday, if we’re below STH-RP, swing longs are off the table. 3️⃣ If we break down, from a swing perspective I’m watching: - Around 103~104K - 88.9K - Any major downward stop-hunt into liquidity But heads up: I almost never set limit orders. These levels are just ballparks. I only start monitoring order flow and conditions (like strong taker activity or improving maker positioning) once price actually gets there. Pure levels aren’t that meaningful—plan > prediction.
