Busan's first digital finance/blockchain 'education/exchange venue' opens

An academy to nurture local talent who will lead the future of blockchain and digital finance will be launched for the first time in Busan. A diverse and in-depth program that meets the latest trends from digital assets to Web3 and artificial intelligence (AI) is scheduled to be conducted. and media will recruit the first batch of students for the '2025 Busan Digital Finance and Blockchain Academy' ahead of its September opening, as announced on the 23rd. The academy, co-hosted by these media outlets and the cryptocurrency information disclosure platform Jangle, provides insights into digital finance, blockchain, Web3, AI, and future industries. It goes beyond a simple educational course, taking on the character of a private forum with key local figures and global experts. The educational curriculum is structured with a practical focus covering digital finance and blockchain industries. In the first week's orientation, representatives from and Busan Digital Asset Exchange will deliver the first lecture on the "Busan Digital Finance Hub Strategy". Subsequent lectures will feature experts in digital asset risk management, market cycles, investment psychology, blockchain technology, industry applications, traditional industry and blockchain convergence, startup investment strategies, and Web3 industry prospects. Additionally, lectures by global venture capital investment managers and cryptocurrency experts, VIP networking dinners, and personalized business matching opportunities are highlighted as the academy's distinctive strengths. Students can obtain partnerships that can be linked to actual business. The education will run from September 16th to December 9th, every Tuesday from 7 PM for two hours at the Westin Josun Hotel in Busan. Dinner begins at 6 PM, with lectures, discussions, and networking focused on creating exchanges and practical business opportunities. The course fee is 5.5 million won (including VAT). Recruitment targets CEOs, executives, high-ranking public officials, professionals, and business owners, with approximately 50 participants to be selected.
