Web3 infrastructure project CARV has defined artificial intelligence (AI) as an entity with autonomy and sovereignty and unveiled the 'AI Being' roadmap.
CARV announced on the 23rd that it is conducting a global hackathon according to its 'AI Being' roadmap. The 'Tech Fairness Hackathon', co-hosted with Fair3, has more than 683 developers participating. The total prize money is $50,000. Participants are developing AI applications based on CARV's core infrastructure. A CARV representative explained that "this hackathon is a venue for experimenting with an autonomous AI ecosystem".

In this roadmap, CARV has redefined AI as a 'subject' capable of independent decision-making, income generation, and negotiation with other agents. The technological infrastructure is also designed to realize such autonomy.
Ecosystem expansion is also in full swing. During the last quarter, CARV established cooperative relationships with more than 12 partners in AI, infrastructure, and consumer service sectors. With OpenLedger, they are designing a user contribution-based reward structure, and with Boom, they are developing a game participation incentive system.
Collaboration with AI technology companies is also in progress. They are experimenting with decentralized AI application technologies with Univase, Siren AI, and XPIN.
A CARV representative stated, "We are building a system that integrates four elements: identity, context, execution, and incentives," adding, "This means implementing an operating system for AI life forms, not just simple infrastructure".
